Coach Aleks is also a fully qualified personal trainer and offers an online coaching service A.knextleveltraining which focuses on athletic development. Individual training programs are designed based on each players abilities which in turn will focus on improving their speed – Strength – power- vertical jump and overall athletic Performance.
The programmes will be written individually for each player and will be easy to follow and track.
Coach Aleks was able to transform his own athleticism taking his vertical jump from 28 to 43 Inches over a long period of training using correct and proven strength and conditioning methods.
